YogaFit holds over one thousand trainings and 15 Mind Body Fitness Conferences each year worldwide. YogaFit trainings can be found in fitness clubs, universities, wellness centers and on military bases. YogaFit’s Warrior program was created in 2013 and continues to be the gold standard model of trauma sensitive yoga. YogaFit works with first responders, the US and Canadian Military and Veterans.
